Scrumptious Recipes with Compassionate Baking

Farm Animal Cruelty awareness raised by UK campaigners via compassionate baking recipes to help tackle the issues surrounding factory farming.  Free e-cookbook link follows.

A simple thing such as using free-range and organic eggs can make a difference.  With winter approaching in the Northern Hemisphere it’s a great excuse to bake and gather friends and family to sample these baked treats.  And in any sphere, too.

Republic Day

Greetings to you on this 26th of January. It happens to be the day India adopted its Constitution and also the day Australia was founded.

It’s funny to me that India liberated itself from the British who must’ve set sail that same day and landed on Australia’s shores. Maybe not as amusing to indigenous Australians who call this day, Invasion Day.

Whatever day you happen to call it, it calls for something, so my offering is not one, but two free cookbooks. ENJOY!

Beer Here!

Not that I’m suggesting you become a Booze Hound… it’s just that some of us tend to have a Tipple or Two especially at this time of year.  In that spirit (no pun intended) I present two tastings.  One is a sampler of the Top 10 Countries that really support their distilleries and breweries, and the second a Beer Cookbook of sorts.  Please note I do not personally judge or support these countries, distilleries, brewers, suppliers, or drinkers in any way, shape, or form 🙂
